Walkers : December 2008

We spent ThanksGiving Holiday at a really fun cabin in western Maryland with some of our friends. It had just snowed so it could not have been more perfect.

It was festively decorated.

The beautiful and ever so tasty Turkey done by Jeremy Skinner, I hope they have room for us next year.

Lori did an absolutely fabulous decorating job.

We are pretty happy about all the yummy food.

The whole group; Joe and Lindsey Dastrup, Nate and Lori Miller, Hannah and Jeremy, Maddie and Molly Skinner, Chad and Emily and Parker Burnham and Us.

Playing games into the wee hours of the morning.

You can't tell but Devin built an igloo behind them.

The cabin even had a Hot tub, Maddie and McKayla played in it every day.

McKayla and Maddie had lots of fun jumping on our cabin bed.

LINCOLN IS HERE

We are so excited to introduce Lincoln Talbot Walker. His due date was August 23rd. He was scheduled for a repeat C-Section on the 15th of August. But, my water broke and I started having consistent contractions early morning on the 13th; So he came a week and half early and he still weighed in at 8 pounds and 9 oz. As my grandma said to me, I seem to make them big. He is such a good baby and really easy so far. Crossing my fingers. I was in the hospital from Wednesday until Sunday. Devin had the following week off from school. So very good timing. McKayla is such a little mommy and very helpful. She just loves him so much. It has been such a joy and a blessing that everything has gone smoothly so far.
