I can't believe how fast time is flying by me. We just barely got our Christmas tree last night. The first time we have had a REAL tree. It smells soo good. But I am a little low on the lights. So Stacy, I hope you are ready for after Christmas shopping because we are going to hit it hard. My Brother Michael and his family and my parents are coming to our house for Christmas this year. I am so excited. I can't wait. This is the beginning of my decorating.
McKayla thought it would be fun to decorate too. So she found some red, green, and white cookie decorating sprinkles and basically threw hands full like a fiesta ALL over the whole house until it was in her words "used up", in her bed on her book shelf, on Lincoln and of course all over the carpet. I guess it got me to clean everywhere. And that's not bad right?

Oh, dear! McKayla doesn't seem trouble enough to get into the sprinkles. I thought only my kids were sneaky enough to do that kind of thing. Well, at least the house will be sparkly...for months!
Love the sprinkles story. What is it with kids and sprinkles? It is soo fun to decorate a new house! Way to go on your tree. We still haven't gotten one up yet!
