Cafe Rio is now open in Boise!!! This may be one of the happiest moments for me since we moved here. Ok maybe it's farther down on the list. But seriously for those of you who don't know Cafe Rio started in St. George where I am from so I have been addicted to this place for a really long time. So moving to a town that didn't have one was a huge bummer. Not any more...Boise is growing on me more and more.Sweet pork salad here I come. And you can even order online now. Oh happy day!
